Shipping policy
- We ship across the United States.
- Once your order is confirmed on WhatsApp, we ship it within 24 to 48 business hours.
- Delivery time is usually 3 to 7 business days within the USA, depending on your state. We confirm the estimate on WhatsApp.
- You can pay by credit or debit card or bank transfer.
- We share your tracking number or shipment status on WhatsApp.
Returns & exchanges
- You have 3 days from receiving your order to request an exchange by messaging us on WhatsApp.
- The product must be unused, in perfect condition and with its original packaging.
- If your product arrived with a manufacturing defect, we exchange it at no extra cost.
- Shipping costs for a style change (when it's not due to a defect) are covered by the customer.
